1. Who keeps the scale house

These terms govern your use of prairiebushel.com ("Prairie Bushel", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of prairiebushel.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come into town

Use of Prairie Bushel is limited to people aged 19 or over. Using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Pretend bushels (virtual coins)

  • Play uses virtual coins that cost nothing to receive.
  • Coins are not money, credit or property, and their monetary value is nil.
  • You cannot purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. No in-app purchases are offered.
  • No prize with real-world value is ever handed over.
  • Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us whenever we decide.

4. Real-money gambling stays out of town

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted at Prairie Bushel, and no link here leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your scale ticket

  • Stonearch Grade and Waybill Landing require a free account. One account per person, and never share yours.
  • Your password is yours alone. If anyone else gets into your account, let us know without delay.
  • Delete your account from your account page whenever you wish. It is deleted immediately and permanently.
  • Any account used to disrupt the site, or that we have reason to think belongs to someone under 19, can be suspended.
  • Coins, levels and missions are part of the account, not property belonging to you, and may be reset.

6. How to behave on the line

You must not disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or allow anybody under 19 to use it.

7. Keeping the elevators running, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and can change or remove any part of it. Should a malfunction happen, all plays and pays are void. These terms leave in place any liability the law will not let be limited, and do not affect your statutory rights.

8. The law these rules follow

Ontario’s provincial laws govern these terms, along with whichever federal laws of Canada apply in Ontario.
